You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify:
Item must be unused and in original condition.
Must be returned in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Custom & Personalized Items
Because we offer custom-made and personalized products, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless:
The item arrives damaged
The wrong product was delivered
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method (PayPal, card, or transfer).
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
